Scope Work
Exterior Upgrades: Remove existing soffit to update the exterior appearance.
Lighting Enhancements: Replace light fixtures to provide improved illumination using energy-efficient recessed light.
Painting: Fresh paint on all walls and ceilings to renew and modernize.
Flooring: Install new flooring materia for a refreshed, contemporary look.
Kitchen: Complete kitchen remodel, including cabinetry, appliances, layout, fixtures, and finishes.
Bathroom: Full bathroom remodels involving replacements of the vanity, toilet, plumbing, shower stall, and installing a new shower door.
Goal
